What is a vitamin?
Vitamins are complex compounds of a substance that is needed by our body that serves to helping with arrangements or process of the body.

Vitamin differentiated into two kind :
1. Water-soluble vitamins B and C.
2. Not water soluble: Vitamin A, D, E and K.

Explanation :

Vitamin A
Very helpful in increasing the power of vision, assists in bone growth, and stimulates white blood cell production thereby increasing endurance. According to a study for many years, found that vitamin A can also inhibit the growth of cancer cells. (can be found in milk, fish, green vegetables and yellow fruits - red fruits like da yellow bananas, carrots, papaya, etc.)

Vitamin B
There are many types of vitamin B which consist of :
1. Vitamin B1 (Thiamin)
Can be found in wholemeal cereal grains, seeds (especially sesame seeds), legumes, wheatgerm, nuts, yeast and pork.
Vitamin B1 deficiency: beri - beri, lethargy, fatigue, muscle weakness, calf muscle pain, emotional instability, reduced endurance, etc.

2. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

5. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
